Restaurant Description
Austin Room: The big West feel - this large room can host up to
seventy people, delivering a view of a 1,000 wine bottle wall and access
to the Courtyard.
Captain’s Room: Grand room dining at its
best, the hotly pursued Captain's Room seats up to twenty-four, with a
large screen television and media center. High powered boardroom-style
dinners.
Courtyard: The charm of a New Orleans courtyard with
the comfort of modern heating and air conditioning, gurgling fountains, a
glass roof, and seating for up to 150. Ambiance is served here.
Poker
Room: A very intimate and ultra-private space limited to 16 people,
the Poker Room affords complete exclusivity. The ultimate secluded
boardroom.
Sherman Room: No steakhouse would be complete without
a locale for all the power brokerage that takes place here. The Sherman
Room seats up to 50 guests.
Bonham, Travis and Lamar Rooms: A
large private area that can accommodate a gathering up to 204 guests or
may be divided into three separate rooms for more intimate parties.
Travis
Room: This Travis Room will accommodate an event with up to 48 guests.
Bonham
and Lamar Rooms: These two rooms combined may accommodate up to 120
guests.
Lamar Room: For a slightly larger event, The Lamar Room
will seat up to 64 guests.
Promenade Room: This area adjoins
four of the upstairs rooms and is the perfect space to mingle with your
guests before dining.
Deaf Smith Room: The Deaf Smith room
adjoins the upstairs bar and is very popular as a boardroom-style dining
room for 26, it can also be reconfigured to accommodate up to 40.
