Nick Dietel, Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Calypso Grille has a multitude of culinary talents that is sure to please any palate. Nick was executive chef at Puff-N-Stuff Catering for many years until he chose to take his culinary talent and experience to a new level by opening his own restaurant. With Nick’s love and passion for good tasting, well presented food along with the Calypso Grille team, Calypso Grille has become a successful and popular restaurant.


Nick’s latest innovative idea is to now have the beautiful Calypso Grille Restaurant available for private rental and catered events. The indoor/outdoor seating is perfect for creating any “theme” for Weddings, Holiday Parties, Rehearsal Dinners, Bridal/Baby Showers, Seminars or any Private/Corporate Event that meets you catering needs. Your event at the Calypso Grille can be further enhanced with Live Entertainment on our Covered Outdoor Stage piped throughout the restaurant and there is lots of room for Dancing.


Nick has also decided to go back to his “roots” as a Full Service Off-Premise Caterer and along with his dedicated team; he is ready to assist his clients with all of their catering needs, from linens to floral arrangements and more!!
