Restaurant Group, a family-owned company led by Chris
and Michele Sedgwick. Vinny’s greets visitors with a sense of
warmth. Elements of brick, granite and wood are reminiscent
of an early industrial era. It’s rustic design may lead you to
believe you are entering an old railroad station or warehouse
you might have found on the banks of a river in one of the
country’s cities decades ago. Outdoor seating on the beautiful
patio is perfect for a long lunch on a warm spring afternoon or
early dining on fallish evenings.
You might say that Vinny’s traces its roots back to Italian
traditions, but there are a wealth of new traditions created
here every day. Every dish begins with the freshest ingredients
- parma ham, Reggiano Parmigiano, organic greens and
vegetables, and imported chocolates. What emerges from
